| Where does the client see my areas of specialty? Your specialties are listed on you Agent Profile. Clients can also search for an agent for a specific specialty in our Agent Member Registry. |
| Why only 5 years detailed of sales history? The last five years sales data are most important for the client. Remember to include the total number of years you have been in the industry. |
| What Association Logos should I upload? These can be your local Real Estate Board or Association, you State or Provincial Association, your company logo - any three logos you would like to include on your Profile and on your proposals to clients. |
| What size picture can I upload? The digital image must be less than 3 MB - it looks best when it is a portrait - twice as tall as it is wide. You can change your photo until you find the one that looks best on the Agent Member Registry. |
| Payment to Buyer Agent In any SELL proposal the starting assumption is that the Buyer Agents will be offered half of the total commission. You are able to change the offer to Buyer Agents as you think is appropriate. |
| Customary commission percentage The client will have used a commission percentage in their Invitation. This may or may not be the most often used or “customary” commission percentage in your market area. If it is not the “customary” percentage then you can choose to use a different percentage in your proposal for comparison purposes. |
| Where are buyer rebate checks not allowed? Some states do not allow buyer commission rebate checks. These are currently: Alabama, Alaska, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana ,Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Oregon and Tennessee.
