| What is my “current status” - available or unavailable? The normal state is “available”. You can set yourself to “unavailable” if you do not want to hear from any Agent Invitation clients for a short time. Any clients that look for you will be told that you are temporarily unavailable. |
| Why do you ask for my license number? We need to be able to confirm that you are a licensed agent. | What does “Fields with * are mandatory” mean? That means that the boxes with a * need to be filled in. When you press the “Sign up” button the system will not accept your information until you complete all of the areas marked with a *. |
| Why do I need to put in my email address twice? This is to make sure that you have spelled your email address correctly. It is really important that we have your email address right. |
| How do I change my password? You click the “Change password” option on “Edit my account”. You input your new password and re-enter it to confirm that you have keyed in exactly what you intended to key in. Then you press “Save” and you now have a new password! |
